we are humans, still

this year's mooncake festival was different. first time celebrating it away from my own house with my own family.

just now had some mooncake with my housemates. the feeling is different though. so many people expressing their urge on fb to go back home to celebrate this festival.

this morning heard something funny from a friend that will maybe cheer you up a bit like it did for me. "哎别伤心啦，外国的月亮比较圆啊！"

haha often we thought like that when we're still back in our hometowns, but now when we're really out here in the big cities, we miss our hometown despite all the bad things you thought about your hometown back then.
maybe it was my own fault. maybe it was me being too naive and thinking too much that you'll regret making that decision
humans, we're always like this.
