Life's full of uncertainties, appreciate the things and people you love, never ever take them for granted.

Giving out a little moment of Joy.
"Taxi"
I arrived at the address where someone had requested a taxi. I honked but no one came out. I honked again, nothing. So I walked to the door and knocked.
'Just a minute', answered a frail, elderly voice. I could hear something being dragged across the floor.
After a long pause, the door opened. A small woman in her 90's stood before me. She was wearing a print dress and a pillbox hat with a veil pinned on it, like somebody out of a 1940s movie.
By her side was a small nylon suitcase. The apartment looked as if no one had lived in it for years. All the furniture was covered with sheets.. There were no clocks on the walls, no knickknacks or utensils on the counters. In the corner was a cardboard box filled with photos and glassware.
'Would you carry my bag out to the car?' she said. I took the suitcase to the cab, and then returned to assist the woman. She took my arm and we walked slowly toward the curb. She kept thanking me for my kindness. 'It's nothing', I told her. 'I just try to treat my passengers the way I would want my mother
treated'.. 'Oh, you're such a good boy', she said.
When we got in the cab, she gave me an address, and then asked, 'Could you drive through downtown?'
'It's not the shortest way,' I answered quickly.
'Oh, I don't mind,' she said. 'I'm in no hurry. I'm on my way to a hospice'.
I looked in the rear-view mirror. Her eyes were glistening. 'I don't have any family left,' she continued. 'The doctor says I don't have very long.' .... I quietly reached over and shut off the meter.
'What route would you like me to take?' I asked. For the next two hours, we drove through the city. She showed me the building where she had once worked as an elevator operator. We drove through the neighborhood where she and her husband had lived when they were newlyweds. She had me pull up in front of a furniture warehouse that had once been a ballroom where she had gone dancing as a girl.
Sometimes she'd ask me to slow in front of a particular building or corner and would sit staring into the darkness, saying nothing.
As the first hint of sun was creasing the horizon, she suddenly said, 'I'm tired. Let's go now'
We drove in silence to the address she had given me. It was a low building, like a small convalescent home, with a driveway that passed under a portico. Two orderlies came out to the cab as soon as we pulled up. They were solicitous and intent, watching her every move. They must have been expecting her.
I opened the trunk and took the small suitcase to the door. The woman was already seated in a wheelchair.
'How much do I owe you?' she asked, reaching into her purse. 'Nothing,' I said
'You have to make a living,' she answered. 'There are other passengers,' I responded.
Almost without thinking, I bent and gave her a hug. She held onto me tightly.
'You gave an old woman a little moment of joy,' she said. 'Thank you.'
I squeezed her hand, and then walked into the dim morning light. Behind me, a door shut. It was the sound of the closing of a life. I didn't pick up any more passengers that shift. I drove aimlessly lost in thought. For the rest of that day, I could hardly talk. What if that woman had gotten an angry driver, or one who was impatient to end his shift?
What if I had refused to take the run, or had honked once, then driven away?
On a quick review, I don't think that I have done anything more important in my life.
We're conditioned to think that our lives revolve around great moments. But great moments often catch us unaware-beautifully wrapped in what others may consider a small one.
PEOPLE MAY NOT REMEMBER EXACTLY WHAT YOU DID, OR WHAT YOU SAID,
BUT THEY WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER HOW YOU MADE THEM FEEL.
You won't get any big surprise if you send this out. But, you might help make the world a little kinder and more compassionate by sending it on.
Thank you, my friend...
Life may not be the party we hoped for, but while we are here we might as well dance.

Home Sweet Home~
To know more about my church please click this.
And do watch some of the video clips during the services in Singapore City Harvest Church: 1.Radiate and 2.Beautiful (two of the new songs in their newest P&W album)
Just so you know this time during the conference, Pastor Kong Hee, the founder of our church came to Kuching! He came with the whole praise and worship team like in the 2 videos you watched above. Imagine everytime we can only watch them on youtube or DVD's but now we can see them face to face. (My friend even got their signatures. Jeaslous eh.. XD)
Anyway, was in Kuching for four days. The first day was in bus and reached Kuching at 7 something. Then the second day morning was shopping in two huge shopping complex (tHe Spring and Boulevard :D)

Woots starbucks~~

The water fountain in tHe Spring.
Me, Xiang Chun, & Desmond.
Jealous now? XDD
Again~
Besides, i really ate A LOT, for breakfast, lunch, dinner, then supper and spent most of my money on FOOD while the others will spend it on clothes or stuffs.. LOL eg. Kok Lok Mee, Oh Ah Jian, Laksa, "Metal Plate Burn Fish", Roti Canai, Hokien Noodle blah blah blah. Wooo.
Here are just some, forgot to photo the rest @.@:
Kuching Laksa~
The conference was on the second and third day. Had a great great time. Pastor Kong Hee's preaching was indeed humorous yet so interesting. Learnt a lot. Enjoyed the praise and worship session a lot too! =]

The main hall.
On the last day we went to visit some of Kuching City's interesting places and didn't forget to take photos too. Eheh

We even went to three shopping complex again, (Tun Jugah, Sarawak Plaza, and Parkson) during lunch time.
After that, on the way back our bus broke down! O.o had to wait for about 3 hours(we were playing cards and rubik's cube, my record is 1.30min but my friend's 1.18min grr) till a new bus came to fetch us back to Sibu. Wooo, back to Sibu at 10pm+ though it suppose to be 7pm+. But luckily the new bus is larger, cooler, and has a tv. So roughly can say we had a 'nice' trip back. XD
Anyway, enjoyed my trip to Kuching this time. Guess that i'll have to catch up with my revision for second trial now. God Bless Me =)

Have To Go Again.
So till then, adios amigos~
Miss me =]
(But how about my revisions for my second trial just right AFTER the raya break? Ah Gai.. Wuwu worried~ Gah! Who cares.. Am just gonna relax and enjoy my trip. Leave out all the rest till i come back. x] But anyway guys, DON'T revise too fast ah! Don't you all ever leave me behind! =P )
Oya and btw, girl. DON'T you ever do anything stoopid on my facebook wall again, i'm warning you. And do take care of yourself. Sing a lullaby for you again if you need it. Geehee
Ciao.
The Hangover.
Anyway, so today i watched this movie, The Hangover HIGHLY recommened by Jackson in his blog. (Even rated it higher than G.I Joe)
But it proves that he's right. HAHAHA~ I spent my whole morning laughing like crap with my brother watching this movie. Roughly it's about 4 guys, i mean 3 guys(Alan, Stu, and Phil except the groom-to-be friend Doug that went missing) that got screwed up ONE night in Vegas during Doug's bachelor party and caused a lot, i mean A LOT of troubles. ROFL~
Besides hilarious, the story line is very interesting too, linking all the unknown and hilarious things that happened one by one throughout the movie as they totally forgot what happened to them that night because they got drugged accidentally by Alan that causes amnesia to the drug-user. So the next day they have to find it out one by one actually what happened, like how did a tiger got into their hotel room, how did Stu lost his tooth, how did Stu got married to a stripper, how did they win 80 grand from the casino, how did they stole a cop car, why is a Chinese mafia boss in the car's boot, and why is a baby in their hotel room's closet.. XD
So guys, during the Raya break if you're free (you ARE free) please do download this movie or go get a DVD (i'm not encouraging piracy though XD) and watch it. Again, you won't regret it, if you want a GREAT heck of a 'laugh' time. Cheers :D
(Oya, and a word of wisdom. If you're really watching, maybe you'd want to watch it without your parents' presence. Don't ask me why. Just watch. XD Actually just some swear words throughout the movie, no big deal for the Americans, but just a lil' problem over here in M'sia. Get it? LOL)

God has a Positive Answer.
was washed up on a small, uninhabited island.
He prayed feverishly for God to rescue him,
and every day he scanned the horizon for help,
but none seemed forthcoming.
Exhausted, he eventually managed to build a little hut
out of driftwood to protect him from the elements,
and to store his few possessions.
But then one day, after scavenging for food,
he arrived home to find his little hut in flames,
the smoke rolling up to the sky.
The worst had happened; everything was lost.
He was stunned with grief and anger.
"God, how could you do this to me!" he cried.
Early the next day, however, he was awakened
by the sound of a ship that was approaching the island.
It had come to rescue him.
"How did you know I was here?"
asked the weary man of his rescuers.
"We saw your smoke signal," they replied..
It is easy to get discouraged when things are going bad.
But we shouldn't lose heart, because God is at work in our lives,
even in the midst of pain and suffering.
Remember, next time your little hut is burning to the ground
it just may be a smoke signal that summons the grace of God.
For all the negative things we have to say to ourselves,
God has a positive answer.

Happy Raya!
Phew =] (And guess what? Yesterday, the day before Sej exam, 22 STUDENTS didn't come to school for my class, 20 for Einstein, 19 for Kepler, and LOL a 'world record' breaking of 23 for Fleming! ==)
Anyway, just wanna wish all my malay friends a Happy Hari Raya! (And sorry Haziq i can't go to your house this holiday cause i won't be in Sibu.. Wu wu, really gonna miss the delicious food your mum made like last year. T.T)
Save some for me until i get back yea? XD
"Oh oh ohhh Balik Kampung, oh oh ohh balik kampung, oh oh ohhh.."~

Do you believe in fate?
Best Malay Song Eva~
Trust me, you won't regret this :D
Jangan Kau Lepas by Alexa.
Touched? =)
Lyrics:
Chorus:
Peluklah diriku dan jangan kau lepaskanku,
dan jangan kau lepaskanku darimu
Verse:
Ku takkan pernah tertawa
Ku takkan pernah bahagia
Ku takkan pernah merasakannya
Bila kau tak di sini
Ku takkan pernah tertawa
Ku takkan pernah sempurna
Ku takkan pernah merasakannya
Bila kau tak di sini ohh..
Izinkan aku berlutut mengharap kau tuk kembali
Izinkan aku berharap dirimu kembali, dan kembali, dan kembali lagi~
预期过的是另一个平凡无奇的日子,没想到一个意料之外的事;
高天与原地,悠悠人生路;

Ah Kuen's 17teen Birthday Bash~
His birthday was actually on the 12th but we celebrated it earlier. Gee hee
These few days Albert kept organising, and wanna give him 'surprises' even though Kuen Luen's opening that party. But the surprises all went out smoothly tonight(eg: about half of the people told Ah Kuen they couldn't make it to the party at the last minute, Albert lied that he forgot to bring the cake, blah blah blah) You should've seen Ah Kuen's face when he heard all thos bad news. Guess that Albert will be very very glad that time. LOL!
So for that half of people that 'cheated' Kuen Luen, they had to hide inside his neighbour's house(actually is Kuen Luen's relative). Then the other half had to distract Ah Kuen, then when Ah Kuen's inside the house with us, the ones hiding will quickly sneak into his house compound.
See for yourself~
Saw Timo with his guitar and Yee Tsin with the birthday cake behind, mysteriously? xD
SURPRISE! XD So suddenly all the people POPPED out~ LOL
So the photo before dinner~
Ming Han, Eric, Albert, Ah Kiet, Me, Timo, Ah Kuen, Jia Jia, Yee Tsin, Sheena, Ee Mei, Shu Fei, Annie and Ying Ying. (14 of us altogether, 7 boys 7 girls. woots~)
First phase:
So the dinner began. Some of the snapshots.
W.A.HHHH~
Mmm mm..
Woohoooo~ XD
Part 1:
Timo and Me.
Part 2:
Sheena and Yee Tsin.
=)
The girls~
Me and Timo~
Dude, bwahahahahahah.. I still can't stop myself laughing everytime i see hahahahahahaha.. this photo.. So so, weird.. What do you think? XDDDDD
Second phase:
And so after the dinner treat. Game sessions! Overall we played 3 games sitting in a circle.
First game: We played hitting people with newspaper roll when their name is called. Actually a very high game. Sweated a lot, seriously. XD (Zzz Yee Tsin you wait lah, made me got hit so many times =.=)
Second game: Played "Eating Watermelon". Actually i'm the one that introduced this game. Quite fun lah, at least for me. Cause BOTH the person sitting beside me got punished because of me.. Mwahahaha i just rock in this game. (IN YOUR FACE ah mu! Mahahahahaha~)
One of the punishment: Take one 'close' photo with birthday boy. Woot woot~ (=.= but is that even a punishment?)
Third game: 'No.7' game. No comment actually. Cause everyone of us wanna go sing k already that time. x]
Actually Ah Kuen got punished once, punishment is to ask anyone there for ANY question. Then si boy picked me and asked if i like anyone NOW. Woot~ I was like O.o, then "No." "You asked me NOW right? Then No.." Hee.. Ben ben de Ah Kuen, if you asked me did i like someone before this then maybe i will answer something else. XP (Albert! Are you seeing this?)
And Ah Kuen thanks for supporting me against si Lao Bert and Ah Kiet in Msn conversation box just now. Si lao bert kept saying that i'm not honest grrr.. (We were all in one conv. box just now doing countdown for Ah Kuen and then want to here his 10 wishes, that's why i'm blogging this late -.-) Ah Kuen you said that your situation is quite the same as mine, we're forced to give up something or even someone because exam's just around the corner. Exam's the reason preventing us from taking another step forward. Or issit really me the one that aren't brave enough to take that very step?
But anyway, our main objective right at this moment is to study hard and strive for our SPM. If it's fate then it'll bring us together again. Don't worry :)
So after that another photo before the karaoke~
Observe: Kuen Luen(the BIG boss) with SEVEN wives and SIX bodyguards. HAHA!
Third phase:
Yee Tsin had to go back earlier around 9 something. >.> Felt sad for her that she can't get to sing together and have a taste of the delicious cake~ Haih. But anyway it's nice already that she could actually COME out tonight. Cheers to her mum.. Haha~
Anyway before the song k-ing, copied some movies and songs from Ah Kuen's desktop via pendrive.
Don't know why but i didn't sing as high as i could before. So let them sing most of the songs.(beside Jay's songs, woooot all MINE! XD)
Oya, forgot to introduce Ah Kuen's CUTEEEE doggie~ This one's Cookies. Actually i liked his another dog more, Gucci~~~ But somehow can't seem to find him tonight. (Maybe he slept?) Therefore can't take any picture with him.. T.T
Anyway, Cookies's very cute too actually.. He just sit still to listen when we're singing k. So unbelievebly cute~ :D

To Kuen Luen: Really glad that you enjoyed the party like we all do~ And hope that all the ten wishes you wished just now come true and may our friendship last forever, my great friend! =)

So for all my friends out there~ Sincerely wish that our friendship can last 99, and for all the lovely couples, xin fu 99. :D
Anyway that time was our P.Moral period. Nothing cool happened though, no one say 'i love you' to anyone. HAHA Just got to do countdown with Albert and Ah Kiet, quietly. x]
P/s: These few days started Sej revision. The terrible period has just begun again. Can't even get to online often as i used to. Haih (Trial 2 Sej exam is on next Thursday! BEFORE HARI RAYA.. =.=)
So for all my form 5 methodist fellow students, good luck in all your revision and also your Trail 2. Jia You! Pray hard.
And, Good Luck to me. Dude you can do it! :)

A message.
Anyway, last night i received a sms from a friend. After reading it i nearly cried..
"One day, all of us will get busy with our lives, long working hours, study life, less friends, less meetings, rare calls, no sms, no more late night chatting, and won't have time for ourselves..
At such a day you'll look outside your window and see the good old days and memories flash you by. Then you'll wind up a smile with a tear in your eyes and you'll turn back to your work thinking i really wish i could go back.
This message is for all my friend who helped to create such memories.. I really hope that our friendship will last long, i mean forever.."
Seriously this message touched straight through my heart. It's just about the same as my condition now. These few weeks the pressure of SPM made us all so busy till we can't even get to contact our friends often like we used to.. Really wished to go back in time, but we really can't do a thing about it.
So for all my friends that are younger, please appreciate the times when you can still play around and share happy moments freely without any burden together with your friends. Appreciate their presence in your lives and cherish it fully.
Remember this.

So it started again.
So i think starting now maybe i won't be onlining or updating my blog that often. Not saying that i WON'T online, but just less. Anyway, thanks to all my blog-viewers and supporters. Sorry i haven't got the chance to say this. And maybe you don't know but i really do appreciate you guys viewing my blog. Because i really did put up a lot of effort writting all these posts. It's really a great support for me, seriously, from the bottom of a true heart.
Thank You, All.
It's September already. Time is really cruel. It's flying by so fast just like a friggin jet.
And these few weeks many things, bad things, happened around me especially among my friends. Many cried, many got sicked, many became confused, even lost hopes...
Girl, really hope that you will be better. And hope that you can cheer up. These things will eventually happened in everyone's life. Maybe God has a greater plan for you, a better person for you. Just wait patiently for God's blessings, continue to have fully faith and trust in Him.
It's really uneasy to see someone that's usually so cheerful being sad. So take care dude, don't let anything aweful bring you down. Be happy!
Maybe you're fine already when you see this. But anyway now i just hope the best for you. Pray to God. And trust me girl, you'll be just fine. :)
